  • Sales Consultant - Wellington Based

    The role is commission-based, selling off the plan developments to first home buyers and investors, New Zealand wide. While we encourage you meeting your clients face to face when you can, majority of your time will be spent in the show home and talking to clients over the phone.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    - Excellent phone manner
    - Confident making calls from leads provided
    - Able to quickly build rapport over the phone
    - Ability to multi-task, prioritise and communicate well
    - Software savvy (training provided, however the ability to learn fast and work unassisted is required)
    - Experience in a phone based sales role is not essential, however is preferred
    - Property industry experience is not essential, but a can-do attitude is!

    What is required of you:
    - A minimum of 100 connected calls per week from warm leads provided
    - The ability to manage your time efficiently and effectively with little assistance
    - Being a self-starter who is driven to succeed
    - Manage making your calls while completing admin tasks required

    This role requires individuals who are able to learn fast while on the job, juggle customers needs as well as the businesses, and ensure accuracy when communicating. You will be working in a team of like-minded sales people who love to work as a team and see their colleagues succeed.
