Five years of building better: A milestone worth marking

July 2025 officially marked five years of Wolfbrook being in operation, and what a journey it's been.

From day one, our mission has been simple: to build high-quality, affordable homes that support everyday Kiwis — homeowners and investors alike. Five years later, we’re proud to say that purpose still guides everything we do. 

This year, we reached a significant milestone: 1,000 homes built across New Zealand. It’s a number that speaks to the trust our customers place in us and the drive of our team to deliver at scale, without compromising on quality. 

We’re also honoured to have been ranked the 5th largest residential constructor nationwide in the July 2025 BCI Index. That recognition reflects not just volume, but real momentum. And for us, this is a moment to pause, acknowledge, and say thank you. 

We’ve grown from a local builder into a national name. From Christchurch to Auckland, Wellington to the Bay of Plenty – and most recently, Dunedin – we’re proud to now operate across key growth regions, with our first development in Queenstown launching soon and more on the horizon. Through every new development, we’ve kept our values close: build smart, keep it stylish, and deliver on time. 

At the heart of our growth is our people. The Wolfbrook team moves fast, solves problems creatively, and brings real heart to every project. Their energy fuels our evolution — from residential construction into areas like property management, capital, and investment partnerships. 

Looking ahead, our ambition is only growing. We’re focused on innovation in design, smarter delivery models, and sustainable expansion into new regions. As we scale, we’re staying grounded in the same philosophy we started with: Build better homes, for more Kiwis, in the moments that matter.
