Terms and Conditions

Promotion Period
The $10,000 Home Boost Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid from 1 February 2025 until 28 February 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

Application
If you are purchasing a property from Wolfbrook Property Group Limited (Wolfbrook) at any of our developments, you may also be eligible for this Promotion, provided you meet all other eligibility criteria.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the $10,000 Home Boost Promotion, you must:

• Enter into an Agreement to purchase a Wolfbrook Residential home during the Promotion Period;
• Sign the Collateral Contract for the $10,000 Home Boost; and
• Confirm satisfaction of all of the Purchaser conditions in the Agreement that are for the Purchaser’s sole benefit; and either
• Make payment of the 10% deposit payable under the agreement; or complete settlement of the purchase under the Agreement (where the deposit is paid less than 10% of the purchase price).

Use of Promotion

The $10,000 Home Boost can be applied in one of the following ways:

• Towards Your Deposit: The amount can be used to reduce the deposit required for your home.
• Cashback: The amount can be received as a cashback payment once due diligence is confirmed, RMA has expired and you have paid your 10% deposit.
• Credit on Settlement: The amount can be used to reduce the total amount payable on settlement of your home.*T&Cs apply as per the Collateral Contract.
