Promotion Period
The No Deposit and $10,000 Home Boost Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid from 1 October 2024 until 31 October 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).

Application
If you are purchasing a property from Wolfbrook Property Group Limited (Wolfbrook) at any of our developments, you may also be eligible for this Promotion, provided you meet all other eligibility criteria.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Promotion, you must:

• Enter into an Agreement to purchase a Wolfbrook Residential home during the Promotion Period;
• Sign the Collateral Contract for the No Deposit and $10,000 Home Boost; and
  Confirm satisfaction of all of the Purchaser conditions in the Agreement that are for the Purchaser’s sole benefit; and either make payment of the 10% deposit payable under the agreement; OR complete settlement of the purchase under the Agreement (where the deposit is 0% or less than 10% of the purchase price).

Use of Promotion
The $10,000 Home Boost can be applied in one of the following ways:

• Towards Your Deposit: The amount can be used to reduce the deposit required for your home.
• Cashback: The $10,000 amount can be received as a cashback payment once all Purchaser conditions are satisfied and upon payment of the 10% deposit, OR where the deposit is 0% or less than 10% the $10,000 amount is payable upon completion of settlement.
• Credit on Settlement: The $10,000 amount can be used to reduce the total purchase price payable on settlement as a credit on your settlement statement.
