Promotion Period
The 6% Rental Guarantee Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid from 1 September 2025 until 30 September 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
If you purchase a property from Wolfbrook Property Group Limited (“Wolfbrook”) at any of its eligible developments and meet all other eligibility criteria, you may be eligible for the Promotion.
To be eligible for the Promotion, you must:
- Enter into an Agreement for Sale and Purchase (“SPA”) to purchase an eligible Wolfbrook residential home (“Property”) during the Promotion Period;
- Sign the Deeds of Rental Guarantee (“Deeds”) for the 6% rental guarantee and market rate guarantee (together the “Rental Guarantee”) prior to the date you confirm all purchaser conditions under the SPA;
- Confirm satisfaction of all purchaser conditions under the SPA that are for your sole benefit; and
- Enter into a property Management Agreement with Wolfbrook providing that Wolfbrook will be appointed as your property manager for the Property for a term that is no less than the term of the Rental Guarantee.
Rental Guarantee
To help with financial planning when buying an investment property, we are offering the Rental Guarantee to selected purchasers who enter a SPA during the Promotion Period and subsequently confirm the SPA.
The Rental Guarantee means that Wolfbrook guarantees the minimum rent amount you will receive, being:
(a) a 6% rental return on the cost of your investment property for a period of one year from the settlement date, calculated by guaranteeing a weekly rent return based on the purchase price of the property. For example, if the purchase price of the property you are purchasing is $589,000.00, then the rental guarantee would ensure that you receive a minimum 6% return, or $679.62 per week, for the first year of the Rental Guarantee; and
(b) a market rate Rental Guarantee for a period of one year from the first anniversary of the settlement date to the second anniversary of the settlement date or as may be agreed between the parties.
If you would like to take up the Rental Guarantee, please let your Sales Consultant know prior to confirmation of your conditions. The Rental Guarantee will be available to you on the basis that you sign the following documents on or prior to the settlement date:
- a property Management Agreement providing that Wolfbrook will be appointed as your property manager for the Property for a term of two years;
- the Deed setting out the one-year rent guarantee for a 6% rent return on your investment; and
- the Deed setting out the market rent guarantee for an additional year following that first year.Ineligible Developments

Additional Information
The Promotion is applicable only to new SPAs entered into within the Promotion Period.
The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.
