    Promotion Period
    The No Deposit Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid from 1 June 2025 until 30 June 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

    Application and Eligibility
    If you purchase a property from Wolfbrook Property Group Limited (“Wolfbrook”) at any of its developments and meet all other eligibility criteria, you may also be eligible for this Promotion.

    To be eligible for the Promotion and apply, you must:

    • Enter into a sale and purchase agreement (“SPA”) to purchase a Wolfbrook Residential home during the Promotion Period;
    • Confirm satisfaction of all of the Purchaser conditions in the SPA; and either make payment of the deposit (if any) or complete settlement under the terms of the SPA; and
    • Complete the appropriate application form for you, depending on whether you will be a first home buyer, owner-occupier or a property investor, and have that application processed and accepted by Wolfbrook.

    Additional Information

    • The Promotion is applicable only to new SPAs entered into within the Promotion Period.
    • The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.
    • Wolfbrook reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
