Promotion Period 

The following promotions are valid from 1 October 2025 until 30 November 2025 (the “Promotion Period”):

- The No Deposit and $7K Cashback Promotion; and
- The 3-year 5% Rental Guarantee Promotion.  

(together the “Promotions”)

 
Eligibility 

If you purchase a property from Wolfbrook Property Group Limited (“Wolfbrook”) at any of its eligible developments and meet all other eligibility criteria, you may be eligible for either or both of the Promotions.

For the avoidance of doubt, investors that are eligible for both of the Promotions, will need to select which promotion they would like to redeem, as both Promotions may not be used concurrently.

To be eligible for the No Deposit and $7K Cashback Promotion, you must:
- Enter into an Agreement for Sale and Purchase (“SPA”) to purchase a Wolfbrook residential home (“Property”) during the Promotion Period;
- Enter into Wolfbrook’s Collateral Contract to Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate;
- Complete Wolfbrook’s Statement of Position and Application for 0% Deposit to the satisfaction of Wolfbrook;
- Enter into a Deed of Agreement to Mortgage if required (at the sole discretion of Wolfbrook); and
- Confirm satisfaction of all purchaser conditions under the SPA that are for your sole benefit.

To be eligible for the 3-year 5% Rental Guarantee Promotion, you must:

- Enter into a SPA to purchase an eligible Property during the Promotion Period;
- Enter the Deed of Rental Guarantee (“Deed”) for the 3-year 5% rental guarantee prior to the date you confirm all purchaser conditions under the SPA;
- Confirm satisfaction of all purchaser conditions under the SPA that are for your sole benefit; and
- Enter into a property Management Agreement with Wolfbrook providing that Wolfbrook will be appointed as your property manager for the Property for a 3-year term.

Rental Guarantee  

To help with financial planning when buying Wolfbrook investment properties, we are offering a Rental Guarantee to selected purchasers who enter a SPA (and the related documentation noted above) during the Promotion Period and subsequently confirm the SPA.

The Rental Guarantee means that Wolfbrook guarantees the minimum rent amount you will receive, being a 5% rental return on the cost of your investment property for a period of three years from the settlement date, calculated by guaranteeing a weekly rent return based on the purchase price of the property.  For example, if the purchase price of the property you are purchasing is $589,000.00, then the rental guarantee would ensure that you receive a minimum 5% return, or $566.35 per week, for the three-year term of the Rental Guarantee.
