Wolfbrook Capital Limited has been formed to raise funds from wholesale and eligible investors via the provision of secured loans with tailored interest rates and loan terms. Investor funds will be used to help fund the development of residential property developments undertaken by Wolfbrook Residential Limited.

Investment criteria

Investment in Wolfbrook Capital Limited is only open to wholesale and eligible investors. This investment opportunity is not available to retail investors. The minimum investment is $100,000. Exclusions apply.


A wholesale investor is a person who meets one of the criteria set out in clauses 3(2) or 3(3) of Schedule 1 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.rnAn eligible investor is an individual who certifies (in the required form) that they have previous experience with acquiring and disposing of financial products that allows the investor to assess:

– the merits of the proposed investment;

– the investor’s own information needs in relation to the investment; and

– the adequacy of the information provided to the investor by any person in connection with the investment.

Steve Brooks & James Cooney, the Directors of Wolfbrook Property Group are experienced property investors and developers who through their prior ventures:

Privately hold one of New Zealand’s largest residential property portfolios with over 250 residential properties and $100m of assets under management.

Have successfully completed a diverse range of residentially-focused development projects in differing economic climates and in both pre and post-earthquake construction environments.

Using their extensive industry experience and knowledge, Wolfbrook’s directors James Cooney and Steve Brooks intend to continue their success in the residential property space with the aim of growing Wolfbrook into one of the largest privately held diversified property groups in New Zealand.
